i pretty much memorized (the original edition of) this book. i was utterly convinced that there were kelpies in lake michigan, among other things. check out "Lutey and the Mermaid" to see the inspiration for m first tattoo.

I think this was another book my sister had when we were kids. It was really neat, with old looking illustrations of faeries. This book made me want to believe in all sorts of magical beings.

First Brian Froud book I've ever owned. I actually have the original run (given to me by a friend) and it's autographed by Brian Froud himself. :)
