very intense...not epic yet. Can not wait for the next 3 book set to finish this one up. Def up there with Goodkind and Jordon ! a mix of old and new ideas that makes a refreshing Fantasy book ! I think a must read Series!
A fairly typical fantasy, I think, based on my limited knowledge of fantasy books. The "end" of a trilogy, which itself followed a previous trilogy, that does not "end" so much as "set up another book/books/trilogy/pentalogy/infinitology."
I am disappointed that the author hasn't been able to find someone to publish the next book in the series since this one leaves you hanging on the next portion of the series.
