This book takes the big historical event, the day that will live in infamy, and presents it to children in an interesting way. This book breaks down the events that happened on December 7, 1941 by time and it mentions a lot of key people from that day. This book also begins by giving some information on what lead to the attack on Pearl Harbor, and at the end of the book it gives information on the aftermath of the attack.

I think this is appropriate for ages 8+

Steve White's Pearl Harbor: A day in Infamy is a historical graphic novel that allows deeper insight into the events that occurred with the attack on Pearl Harbor that December 7th in 1941. The book begins with a 5 page introduction into the war situation, and then delves deeper into the actual event itself. Good book just finished
This is a decent overview of the events. It would be a good supplement to the less-than-adequate coverage of the Second World War found in textbooks.
