This book solved my awful foot condition dilemma. I tried all sorts of "instant fix" stuff that helped only a little; then I bought this title and found a gold mine of tips and tricks. It contains anything a heel spur or heel pain patient would ever need. An excellent compilation of techniques and ideas to try. Highly recommended.

I wish I'd found this book when I first started suffering. He didn't tell me a whole lot I didn't already know, but it would have been nice to have it all in one place at the outset. I was a little dissapointed at the exclusion of acupuncture and other alternative medicines in Medical Procedures appendix.

Unfortunatly I have plantar fasciitis and this book give some really good tips and advice on how to heal your feet. You can search online for cures and whatnot, but this lists them all in one place. I'd recommend it to anyone with plantar fasciitis.
