There is quite a mix of projects here. Some seem worth the time, others, not so much. I look forward to making specialty mustards for gifts this year and trying out the pumpkin cauliflower gratin this fall.
Amazing projects for someone Like my friend John who's got tools and a work room. Maybe someday I'll learn to operate a saw.
