it explains in details the "how to" of basic yoga poses as well as each steps for those who wants to go deeper into the pose. Furthermore, it shares the benefit of each pose at least for us beginner to be aware of what we might get out of a regular practice. It has nice photos on common mistakes as well as the correct pose, the do's and dont's. It's a great book for the whole family who loves yoga ;) (my son enjoy it as much as i do and imitate the poses with lots of fun).
