This book is good. Of the first 4 books, this one definitely has the most engaging plot and the bonus of an interesting villain who is actually developed upon just enough to meaningfully connect him to the story line. William Fieldhouse really knows how to write an action novel. This is by far the best Phoenix Force book I've read. More action, less gun owner's manual. The team take on a group of pissed of Japanese terrorist called, yep, The Tigers Of Justice. This is the kind of book that makes you want to read more of this series.

By this time in the series, the team members personalities had pretty much been established and it's interesting to see how they each react to the events they encountered. McCarter's brashness both in handling their 'allies' and his way of getting to the final fight was truely enjoyabl

A spin off series from his Executioner books. This series follows several secondary characters that band together. Recommended
