I can't believe how much I love this book. It doesn't have my Grandma Betty's recipe for zucchini brownies, but I'm pretty sure it has a recipe for every other imaginable good thing you could make with zucchini. And that's a lot more than you might think. Many, but not all, of the recipes make it so the zucchini is undetectable by small children--definitely a bonus. Can't wait for summer so I can start living off of this great stuff!

I just picked up this book from the library Thursday, and I already ordered my own copy on amazon :) It has many appetizing recipes for zucchini and many other types of squash, including pumpkin. I am excited to try some recipes out (with my own twists) and plan to update this review later.
