a good, mindless summer read.
Modern
While perhaps not something I would read, these are fantastic cd's. The stories are superficial but amusing and fast-paced mysteries, perfect for car trips. The reader, Lorelei King, is outstanding in all the different roles... and that's what really makes a book-on-tape! It is best (but not necessary) to do the series in order, with characters being introduced in each book.
