I actually only got about halfway to two-thirds through this one before I had to give up on it. I'd completely forgotten why Wilde's name sounded familiar. The writing was fine, the plot was okay, pacing was a little slow, but not too bad. Sex behind the scenes at an aquarium during a party? Okay -- I still don't agree that no one can see you. Once it got to sex in a bed where he just automatically had silk ties on his bedposts without any explanation, discussion, or really any detail given at a ...more

The book was a quick read. The storyline began out slow for the first two chapters then quickly picked up.
Daniel discovers that his task of being the personal escort to someone that he knows quite well will be a challenge.
The VIP is Daniel’s Ex, Taylor. The one he nearly proposed to after graduation.
Will Daniel be up for the challenge of keeping this VIP safe without her pulling rank on him?

The Right Stuff is a book about long lost love and rekindling the magic from years ago. This is an endearing book with characters that are instantly likeable and have heartfelt moments. A quick enjoyable read with some hot sexy scenes this instalment definitely deserves it's place in the Uniformly Hot series.
Barely 2 stars. Very light on character and plot. Takes forever to start up and when it does it's very cliché : girl gave up boy because boy's mom told her she was no good for her baby boy. Oh and Casablanca is romantic but not a model on how to have a good relationship. Just saying. So this one is a miss.

I'd like to give it 2.5 stars but I can't. It was very eh for me. I didn't feel like the characters had any depth even for a Harlequin novel.

I really liked the ending of this book. I would read this one again. Everything was expressed well and the emotions were touching. Enjoy

Lori Wilde can’t remember a time when she didn’t want to write. She even went to nursing school so she could have a schedule flexible enough to allow her to write on the side. She nursed for 20 years, working in a variety of settings from the newborn nursery to the recovery room, to dialysis. But she never lost her desire to write.

She sold her first book in 1994 to Silhouette Romance but later dis
