i'm not sure why the previous reviewers gave it only 1 star - they didn't say. this book is a clear, friendly, 'start here' book. very very basic. open minded - covering the pros and cons of HRT and other treatments. i thought it turned out to be a good place to start. this book covers everything in the simplest terms so you can decide where you fit into the picture and then go for a book that's more in depth and specific. fabulous! i have even decided not to read several of the other books i ha...more
I work in a hospital so I thought I knew it all about menopause. This book was very informative as far as educating me further in symptom management.
