The author reviews a large number of recent (i.e. past decade or two) examples of crisis communication(s) and what we can learn from them.
I didn't always agree with his analysis but found the book interesting. The chapters are extremely brief, getting right to the gist of what he wants to talk about and making it an easy read for a layman like me, and his recommendations are easy to understand and action-oriented.
