This is Frank Miller's art at it's best. Beautiful work in black and white. His stories are all dark in this collection. It is also full of language, violence, and nudity - so it very much is for "mature audiences".

The oversized format is perfect for this work. The paperbacks do not do this justice. This heavy glossy paper really makes the oversized art stand out.

four parts, three of them included in the movie, the better parts.
I don't know the name for the style, but the black and white magicy sometimes negativy drawings are very good indeed.

Frank Miller's Sin City changed the genre. This collection is the best version you can get. The oversized hardcover books as well as the gloss paper bring out the best in the artwork.

Absolutamente impresionante.
