Lots of research, facts and figures about education at home in the UK. There are useful references, too, but the whole book is a bit dry: one to be dipped into rather than read straight through. Still, it's encouraging to see what can be learned by children and teenagers at home even when no teaching takes place.
Well what can I say this is one of the books that started our journey in home education. Its a really good book with lots of practical ideas ad suggestions. If you're in the UK and thinking of home education your children, you can't go wrong with this book.
