I've never read a book of this genre before. I love this Peter bloke, his personality shines through the writing : advice and motivation while at the same time admitting to his own flaws and mistakes.
Anyone who knows me will know there's nothing "intense" about me ... however i've started training over the past year and am interested in martial arts and fitness. Mr. Consterdine's philosophy is something along these lines:
