First WoW comic book series after Lo'gosh series delivers dark, yet colorful story of Ashbringer. And it could have been executed better. Story is rushed, too many characters have been jammed inside and their motives are rarely examined. Also, drawing is confusing and too colorful for such dark tale. I know it is more of a timed-product than serious comic series, but it could have been done better nontheless.
I almost gave this four stars, since I liked it better than the first one I read, but then the ending kind of disappointed. Even though the art and storyline were better, this book was twice as dark and five times as violent. I think I'm through with Warcraft graphic novels for the time being. I don't think Sydney will miss them.
I can't promise I'll stop playing Warcraft III, though. :)

I love reading more fleshed out information based in the World of Warcraft. While I don't get to play the game as much as I used to, I love the Lore within that universe. This graphic novel from Wildstorm telling more about the history between Warcraft 2 and World of Warcraft, and beyond a bit, was quite good. Recommended if you like this universe.
