I so enjoyed all three stories but my favorite was Susan May Warren's story. So intense and sad how prejudice can rob people of their joy!
Linda Fords story made me smile all the way through, especially the part involving a mattress and stairs and a handsome man!
Paige Dooly's story was a little harder to get into but was good about teaching how good it is when someone takes care of you!

This was a 3-in-1 collection. The last story, 'Letters From The Enemy' I'd read before, but it was worth the 2nd read. Enjoyed these stories on FAITH.

All of these stories were good Christian Fiction. I really enjoyed the first and third stories the best. The first story has a mother & little girl. The mother is a widow. A man rides up to their cabin, and the little girl bursts out and yells, "That's my new Papa!" This is a cute and fun story,

The third story is set during World War 1. A young girl has a fiancé in the war, but she has befriended a young man who is part Norweigan and part German. He is a kind and gentle man, but the towns pe

I'm going to rate these individually.
Treasure in the Hills by Paige Windhip Dooly.. fun because the guys is always cheerful and the girl so dang cute. 3 1/2 stars for that one.

The Dreams of Hannah Williams by Linda Ford... ok but the girl and guy couldn't manage to communicate. I hate that. So even though it was a nice story it only gets 2 stars.

Letters from the Enemy by Susan May Warren... Super nice story and real likable characters. Even almost made me cry in a couple of places. If it didn't

This was actually three novellas by three different authors. All of them were Christian Romances with history woven in the plot. There were claims of gold, waiting for men to come home from the war, and women in an attempt to be independent and on their own. The authors had good characters and the plots kept me interested.

I picked this book up because I enjoyed Susan May Warren's other novels, but I just couldn't get into this one. I tried it a couple times, but I could never get past the first several pages.

I can't help be amazed at the gifts God has delighted me with - a wonderful husband, four amazing children, and the opportunity to write for Him.

I've been writing as long as I can remember - I won my first book writing contest in first grade! Over the years, writing has become, for me, a way to praise God and see Him at work in my life.

Although I have a degree in Mass Communications from the Unive
