A thunderous Fable from Africa
This strongly story within a story telling a story novel is a tale of a community's spiral under the reign of a sadistic deity they worshipped. it is also the story of a man who struggling under the divine judgement of the gods, is fated not to die until he has told the world the story he eye-witnessed. It is a good book by a relatively unknown writer.
