A must read for any who lead worship or participate in worship in the Episcopal church - particularly for those who've "always done it this way". Those from other denominations may also enjoy the suggestions for making every aspect of worship more open and inviting, more accessible to those who come through the church’s doors for the first-time; but, given the author’s position within the Episcopal tradition, some “translation” may be needed.
