Before I taught my first class, I was looking for books about how to do it well. This is the closest thing I could find to anything about teaching college classes. It is awesome. It taught me a lot of great stuff that was immensely useful and made me a much better teacher than I ever would have been on my own. I'm almost tempted to put it on "life-changers," it was that good.
Good info, but geared almost entirely for the corporate world. I was able to extract useful content, but from the title, I wasn't expecting this book to be solely for corporate training.
Had to read for class. Was a good overview of tips and rules to teaching or facilitating classes, seminars and trainings.
A very good book if you`re interested in trainings and coaching. It gives a lot of insights what really happens in the people`s mind who attend classes and what can be done to perfect your skills.
