While this overview may be useful for those undertaking small group teaching for the first time, most of the information presented here is too general and obvious to be really useful. If your interests are in these generalities and cross-disciplinary comparisons, then this might be of interest. Otherwise, there are more detailed and subject-specific books out there. The section on further reading is very helpful though.
