Another fine collection of boxing essays by Hauser.

This volume is notable for his series of articles tearing the NYSAC a new one for their patronage driven culture of corruption in the handing out of critical ringside positions during live fights.

He makes a compelling case that this culture had a direct bearing on the ring death of fighter Beethavean Scottland.
