The Feldenkrais Method saved me! Sounds like hyperbole but it isn't. For twenty years I had been searching for something, anything to help my back and leg pain from scoliosis. Finally the Feldenkrais Method has put me on a path towards healing.

Feldenkrais' own books are somewhat tough to read for a lay person. This one particularly so. It delves deeply into the science of his method. Still a great book. One must really work with a Feldenkrais Practitioner to really move towards healing. (Especia

A holistic view of body and mind, layering of the nervous system, and patterns of development. I don't know if his theories are strictly correct, but they're quite interesting and thought-provoking.
