Not great. Not bad. I stopped halfway through, then picked it up again and finished. Ambivalent about the story and wasn't really sure what the point was.

It's strange that I didn't like it as I really enjoyed Dermaphoria by Craig Clevenger which deals with an addict too.

A sneaky novel. Drug addict, washed up lives on the way down. Really amazing first novel from a talented writer. His second book, The Art of Losing was dismissed, sadly, great story about betting on the wrong horse.
