Ghosthunting Illinois by: John B. Kachuba was a great book. I really liked it and I would read it again. The book is basically about a man and his wife traveling across the country (in this case Illinois) searching for haunted places. Anywhere from stately mansions were murders were committed there or an abandoned cemetery were no one has been buried there in over 50 years. I picked up this book because the author lives in Athens Ohio where I went to school at Ohio University. Same ghost stories as told in books before such as Haunted Chicago. Not many photographs or new insight, but it's always fun to read about haunted places in your area. The Italian Bride who is buried in the same cemetery as Al Capone is one of the spookier stories, as is Bachelor Grove Cemetery, a truly frightening place friends and I made a trek to years ago.
