After much thought, I gave this Erotic suspense with BDSM scenes a 5 because I can see me reading it again. On a different day it might slide back to a 4.5 due to our heroine's issues but today it's 5 stars. I really enjoyed all of the sex scenes (very hot!) but the first one was the clincher for me. Whoo!!! *fans herself quickly*

Kasey and Canin are working undercover in a sex club. They pretend to be a married couple to catch a rapist. I loved this book. The characters seemed real to me. Kasey is a strong heroine who has major trust issues due to an event that happend during her childhood. I liked the way she prepared her sex partners before she had sex with them. Canin has been attracted to Kasey since she started working with him and now that they are forced to live together he does he best to seduce her. The sce

Hmmm... I'm having a bit of trouble trying to describe why I liked this one. I DID like it. Canin was wonderful. Kasey took a while for me to warm up to and I wasn't totally comfortable with their exhibitionism at the club. It was part of the undercover plot and forced them into a relationship when they probably wouldn't have moved to that point on their own. I just had trouble believing they'd lose themselves so easily in something they wouldn't normally do. Maybe that was the point and I need

Rather long drawn-out until the last couple of chapters. The scenes at the sex club were tedious, going on forever and ever. Canin's story lacks the emotion of Rhone's, his gay brother, told in Finding Home though that one was long, too.
This story could have been a lot better if it were just novel-length rather than novel-plus.
Canin's also a stupid name. I kept calling him Canine in my head!

Oh I liked this one! Firstly, they went to a kink club to do their investigation and I loved seeing inside this kink club. Even more than that I liked that this book wasn't idealizing sex clubs, so we got to see some of the characters being less accepting of others. Often in sex club books, they are shown as such a happy, safe place - it was nice to see them portrayed differently.
Also, I loved the dynamic between the hero and heroine. They were interesting folks.

I was pretty wary when I picked up this book- first, I don’t read m/m-stories, so I hadn’t read the book that preceded this one in the series. Second, I had just read a book that everybody on goodreads seems to love, and I didn’t like it at all, and I already thought that I had lost my touch with chosing books. All the more pleasant my surprise when I found out that I absolutely LOVE this book! Especially the characters just did it for me…both are strong and likeable, and both Kasey and Canin ar

This is the second book in the Quinn Security series by Cameron Dane. I've already reviewed Finding Home a little bit ago and if you've read that review I had a hard time with the writing style. Well I can honestly say that in the second book of this series the writing style is MUCH better.
The main characters in this book are Kasey Jordan and Canin Quinn who are going undercover to catch a serial rapist that is a member of a Chicago area sex club. Kasey is a really tough nut to cra More...

Just when I was facing a terrible drought with high-quality erotica, this marvel comes along and banishes all my fears. Kasey and Quinn (as she took pleasure in calling him) never once failed in sending my sensory neurons in a tizzy. Kasey adorning the role of ‘female Dom’ whipping Quinn’s sanity into a sexual frenzy yet not fucking him as it was an undercover job at a bondage club, made me regulate my own subtle moves. I crossed my legs when Kasey prepares Canin for sex by indulging in hardcore

I really enjoyed the characters, liked how they new each other for several years, liked watching her start to heal because of their relationship, and enjoyed the steamy romance and plot.

Reading het romance really isn't my thing but it was the second in a series I liked and to continue onto the third and fourth I thought, why not?
It was a good book, but because of the heavy bdsm plot the sex scenes dragged out over pages and pages and I think it got a little boring because of that sometimes, but I can't badly rate it because it is packed full of suspence and Kasey falls into the rare 8% of not irritating female main characters. Sometimes.

I didn't read the first book in this series, but I really enjoyed this one.
Canin and Kasey are investing a series of murders at a BDSM club and go undercover. Deep undercover. There has been a long time attraction between the two and this is a chance to explore it. Except, Kasey is only comfortable with sex on her terms due to a dark past.

Wow, I haven’t read a straight m/f book in quite some time! I committed to reading the whole “Quinn Security” series as part of a reading challenge, so gotta take the m/f with the m/m. *grin* It really wasn’t that much of a hardship for 4 reasons: I love everything written by Cameron Dane, I love growly alpha males with a possessive streak (Canin), any book with a BDSM kink is good with me, and there was at least one m/m melty kiss between Adam & Rhone (one of my favorite all-time m/m couple

I liked the first one in this series, but this one really hit it out of the park. I'm not a huge fan of the hardcore BDSM scene, but the author handled this one in a way that a) was really hot, and b) looked at all the different sides of the Scene: the good, the bad, and the ugly; how it can be the ultimate in love between a couple and how it can be abused if a partner's needs and signals aren't respected.

THIS WAS ONE HOT BOOK!!!!!! Smoking hot! This was the first book I have read from this author and I can tell you she will now be placed in my auto buy list! Good emotional conflict, all of the characters were likable. My only complaint was I felt that the final conflict at the end seemed to be over rather quickly. It was still good though.

Sexy and hot smut, =) two partners goes undercover as a married couple visiting a sex club and the feelings they both have for each other comes into the light. They both have dark, troubled pasts but together they might make it. BDSM and fluffy smut. Loved it.

This was my first male /female with a gay undertone book and boy was it hot! I am so happy that I chose Cameron Dane as the one to help me take the leap with this one! Currently starting third book in the series

I liked this story, but I found myslef looking to read about Adam and Rhone. Cannin is a great strong man who helps Kasey through her issues, but she is also very strong and unwilling to accept love or help. I liked the story but enjoyed the other books better.

Pretty good. The last 100 pgs I could not put it down! Had some very, very hottt parts. The emotion could be felt fairly well through the authors words, and I would recomend this.

Cameron Dane has a real knack for writing erotica and having the ability to express intense emotion. As with the other books of hers I have read, loved this story.

I don't like reading m/f romance that much. I am about 1/3 into the book. I do not know if I will finish it. It is well written and lots of hot sex. It just doesn't do to much for me.

This was kind of kinky. Ms. Dane writes books that pulls a person in. I enjoy her books, particular the males she creates.

When I started this book I was fresh off the first one and was not in the mood for non - m/m. However, the story was involved and interesting and it turned out to be a pretty good romantic suspense - with a lot of sex.

It was fun to see Canin and Kasey get their time to get together with the help from their friends. There were some strong emotions that were brought out in this story and while there was a crime to solve it really seemed to be the backdrop for the relationships and the healing that take place. Enjoyed this installment in the Quinn series.

Cameron Dane - one of my auto-buys. Not an m/f fan, but read as it is part of a series. Good characterisation. Hot scenes. Fetish-play. Hate to say this as it is a het book, but I actually enjoyed it.
