An amazing romance! One of the first books I read and I loved it. Zack is so romantic in his pursuit of Traci. At times I thought she was a strong opposite to his personality. Everything was well organzied in the book and I love that their story was realistic. This author is amazing!

Member of local gym, Make You Sweat, Traci Wells, goes for her own well being as well as to try and get her sister out of her funk at home. When she finds herself starting to make eyes at one of the members, she surprises even herself - as he is definitely not her type and secondly she has too much on her plate to start thinking of any sort of involvement.

From the moment Zack Drace sees Traci he is fascinated by her, however used to women approaching him, he sits back and almost misses his chanc

There are some authors that have a case of thesauritis. This book had the worst case I've ever seen. Every phrase had to have two or three adjectives at all times. Instead of saying that the hero was stroking the heroine's cheek, the description had to go on and on about her satiny, soft, sweet, lovely, cocoa-colored, beautiful, gorgeous brown skin. You get the idea. It could have been about 50 pages shorter if the editor eliminated the overuse of adjectives and it would have been a good story.

I'm not really happy with this book so-far....I seriously don't know why I continue to give this author a chance. So far I purchased just about everything she’s released and I’m still not happy.
Maybe it’s the hope that the “good ideas” will read better each time. Come on with the editing already...geez!
I had a really hard time with this book. Tracie got on my nerves a lot with her over reacting and Zack drove me crazy because it seemed like all he did through out the story was apologize to Tracie when what he really needed to do was find someone else! I also felt like the "pet names" were an over abundance to the point that I found myself rolling my eyes quite often when the two were talking to each other. There were a lot of grammer issues and misspelling. For the price of the book I expected ...more

Really enjoyed this read, at times wanted to slap Traci. But still a good book on to book 2!

Enjoyed this story.

First the negatives:

This book has one of my pet peeves. The conversations don't seem realistic. The constant "babe" "love" "sweet" was a little much. Even with the most in love couples, it was much. Now, stepping onto my soap box:

The heroine is supposedly an ED nurse. That should have been my first clue to stop reading this. Note to all writers. The nurses that read your books take offense to the notion that we are "just a nurse" and not a doctor or that the ones that are really smart, for what

This is the first book I've read by this author. I had a hard time getting into the book, but I did enjoy it overall. Traci had a strong personality and I think that she and Zach balanced each other out. I liked that Zach had to get out of his element and pursue Tracy when he was used to woman fawning over him. The use of pet names did get on my nerves a little bit. Overall it was a sweet story.
Ms. Nikki
Traci is annoyingly obtuse. She sees what she see, says what she say, and does what she does without thinking/seeing things through. This is the second book by this author and I have to wonder if she is ever going to change her strategy and writing up. It starts with meeting a guy, playing hard to get, falling for guy, family issues on the female and male side that complicate the potential relationship, a secret or some such coming to life that causes issues, a big understanding resulting in a b ...more

I have never been so angry with a book that I felt like I had to write a review. I am so sorry but this was the worst book I ever read. The author unnecessarily dragged the story out with never ending ridiculous fights between the characters for no reason. The writing and the structure of the story was pathetic. I am very angry that the book was compared to any of the previous books I have read. I was so disappointed in this book!! Oh my gosh, the book was uninteresting, and I am super pissed th ...more

I think there was potential for this to be an ok book, but it kind of turned out to be a "color by numbers" love story.
