Recommends it for: Any resident of Vernon/Rockville, CT
With a follow-up of Vernon and Historic Rockville, this one is even better than the other volume. I really love this one the best.

What I really love in this volume is how Vernon grew from being rural to the suburban town. Before Vernon became a suburban town, most of the town was covered in land like many other rural towns and it had many farms in the area.

What I also love is how the growth of Vernon changed Rockville in a lot of perspective ways. This includes the decline in Rockville but some
