I own a couple of this author's books that I have sincerely enjoyed. This one fell a bit flat for me though. I read the first 76 pages in entirety, then read the first page of each additional chapter (and skimmed additional parts of interest).
The good:
The book shares 33 tips to help live a more spiritual, intuitive, happy life. These are mostly common sense (listen to your body, expect the best, etc), but could be useful reminders or launching points for people. She also shares a lot of person...more

I found this book by “accident” (although now I know there are no accidents) in a bookstore a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t looking for anything special, but it practically had my name on it since I had in my pocket the exact amount of its price. I have never read any of Sonia’s books, but I have listened to her on www.hayhouseradio.com and I enjoy her radio show very much. Her voice is quite soothing too. I’m very pleased with this book, I enjoyed ever page of it.

The author, perhaps unintentionally, sets up a situation where readers may question themsselves: "am I living from my 5 senses right now, or my 6 senses". The overall "vibration" or message I got was that we shouldn't always trust our 5 senses, and that our 6th sense is the highest and most accurate. This was not something that was flat out stated, but rather the "vibe" i picked up from the book. It's a very self-persecuting message to those of us that value our 5 senses and are trying to work...more
This is a good introductory book for anyone who's looking to get into spirituality and learning more about their own psychic selves. Psychic is a word, that even in the book, is mentioned as sort of "taboo" in our day and age. Most people refer more to it as their intuition, or gut feeling for those who don't really understand. Everything and anything you could have ever hoped to learn about it is in this book. It may not go as in depth as others might, but it is enough to get the overall meanin...more
Psychic and spiritual guide Sonia Choquette picks up where her landmark book The Psychic Pathway left off in Trust Your Vibes: Secret Tools For Six-Sensory Living. As humans, we are all built with a sixth sense, more commonly referred to as intuition. Our intuition is that subtle voice underneath logic and emotion that, when listened to, helps us understand the right choice in decision-making, the right people to spend time with, and the right places to visit. Trust Your Vibes helps to awaken th...more

okay, so i've only gotten as far as the introduction and two chapters--but this is a LOVELY new book in my collection that provides a language and framework to understand those intuitive powers that we all have inside of us. one thing i really like about Choquette's work is that she includes practical suggestions for developing your own intuitive awareness such as keeping your own prayer journal (where you create your own prayers, and record quotes and messages that are meaningful to you)...Choq...more
Loved this! I read it on vacation and being in a new environment out of my normal routine offered a great opportunity to really practice following my own intuition. Sonia Choquette provides clear examples and framework to learn to trust yourself and expand your intuitive abilities. We all have this "gift". What I really enjoyed is her ability to allow the reader to see it in ourselves.

As I turned the pages & read through this book everything felt very familiar... excellent book if you're feeling drawn to becoming more intuitive. She shares some very helpful tools for becoming more in tune with yourself & opening to your intuitive self.
This book has literally changed my life. Full of advice, true stories, and common sense reminders about how to live a full and meaningful life. I am going to buy this book so I can read it again - if you feel the need to be inspired or reminded of your self-worth, you need to pick up this book. I cannot say enough good things about Trust Your Vibes.

loved this book, it's a great tool just like it says to connect to your senses and use them day to day.
I have to say that I really enjoyed this book of common sense! It was refreshing to read and the way Sonia writes is so fluid and touches the soul! What I truly love about it is the practicality of it all. How you can really incorporate every single tool in this book into your own life without really having to worry about how you can fit it in. It's just common sense and definitely something I'd suggest to people wishing to learn more about stepping into their own intuition and how to incorporat...more

i am reading this book now
Practical advice from a real rootin'-tootin' diva of the psychic world. I have had the pleasure of seeing Sonia live and she's the same in person as she is in print -- loads of fun, no-nonsense, and full of insight. Definitely one I would like to keep in the nightstand to re-read selections when I need a good shot of Spirit!
A practical guide to step out of our five sensory world and use our sixth sense, which we all have. The book is set up with thirty-three "secrets" to help you open your intuition. Practical tips on meditation, prayer, the way you think. You read each step and then practice it for a week. A very easy to use book.
