Stacey Halprin lost over 350 pounds. The little thrills of accomplishment kept her going through her weight loss phase but she knew that the statistics about gaining weight after losing are scary. I got a lot out of this book--more than any other in the same vein that I've read so far. Although I am very far away from the point where I'll just be trying to maintain my weight, Stacey Halprin's words were very inspiring. She gave me a lot of good ideas and things to remember when I'm feeling discouraged.
