My son loves this book. He loves seeing the things that Elmo did and he tries to do them too - when he was younger it was interesting watching him realize that Elmo was doing things that he was doing too, and seeing him progress - for example, it was great the day we read it and he could also say "ma-ma-ma" and "da-da-da" like Elmo did. Quite possibly Caleb's favorite book from the age of 6 months to 2 years. This book is the reason he had an Elmo theme for his first birthday. He loved the try to do the things that Elmo is doing and really loved the pop-up at the end. "So Big" is a social game that I always recommend parents play with their children as soon as they can sit up. This book goes over all the developing skills parents should be aware of and helps toddlers to celebrate their success. LOVE IT.

My kids LOVE this book! My 14 month old requests it often. My 3 year old, likes to act the parts out, while my 14 month old tries to copy. There are big smiles all around when we get to the end.
