Shelves: food
The recipes are not accurate i.e. sometimes the oven temp has been omitted or the recipe will call for an ingredient but in the cooking instructions that ingredient is omitted. He does however celebrate the British table. I bought the book as I loved his TV show travelling arounf Britain sourcing some of the best these isles have to offer
