Tracey Kendricks is sick, twisted and weak minded in the self esteem department!!!After strongly instilling the importance of waiting to have sex in her 17 year old daughter's mind and giving up on men her own age, Tracey becomes weak to her daughter's first boyfriend Aaron's flirtateous compliments. The sad part is, once discovered Tracey shows pain, remorse and confusion yet continues on with the sexcapades and further risk losing her relationship with her daughter!!!!! Hated it!

This book was just...ridiculous. In a bad way.

It's about a 17 that's allowed to date a 21 year old. Her mother is trifling as can be. It's like it could be someone's dirty little secret in print. I think the author is trying to ease her conscience...or not. LOL.

Basically I became interested in becoming a writer after reading Terry McMillan’s novel Disappearing Acts. In 2004 my author dreams were realized via the release of her controversial debut novel My Daughter’s Boyfriend, the story of a 34-year old single mother that becomes attracted to her teenaged daughter’s boyfriend. My second novel is My Husband’s Girlfriend, a story about a wife that allows h...more
