This is another superb collection of deliciously dark Gothic tales from Monolith Graphics and while the writing isn't complicated or overly taxing, the stories still send shivers down your spine and have you checking over your shoulder, under the sofa/bed and in the dark shadowy corners of your home. The calm simplicity of the writing adds to the chill factor of each of the stories as it leaves you wholly unprepared for what comes and allows your imagination to run riot (seriously I'm never look...more
This book definitely does what it sets out to do. With great art and creepy stories that include ghosts, zombies, and homicidal dolls. The stories are good but the quality of writing isn’t especially impressive. It definitely does the job and goes very well with the CD.
