I don't have much to say about this book other than at many points this book was more than hilarious! It was hysterical!
The writing was quite good and the protagonist was interesting. She was the typical epitome of most teenage girls on the cusp between childhood and adulthood.
I felt it dragged on a bit toward the end. Over all though, it was funny, interesting and most of all, enjoyable.

Hillariosity! This is another book, from the brits, that people either love or hate. I happen to love this series, and laughed so hard I actually cried. I think people who hate this book are turned off by the main character Georgia. She is vain, self centered, hormonal, ridiculous and, I think, absolutely fabulous. After finally being exposed to Georgia Nicolson and her quirky hijinks, I have to wonder: is Louise Rennison the Meg Cabot of England? Is it a rite of passage for teenage British girls to read the adventures of Georgia and her mates? If not, it should be. This book illustrated everything it means to be a teenage girl trying to find her way and be her own person -- only with plenty more hilarity. (And how could you go wrong with a title like Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging?)

This was probably the best use of 2.5 hours that I've spent since reading Bill Bryson's, "A Walk in the Woods".
Brit comedian/author Louise Rennison takes on the teen female mindset with hilariosity and realism. I got to the point where I couldn't read this book during silent reading time in my class, it made me laugh so hard. I'm not an easy touch for this type of humor - slapstick and outrageous. ATFFS, however, made me laugh so hard, I snorted. The epistolary nature of the narrative adds so much to the plot. I have to re-read this book every once in a while due to sheer hilarity. I am not allowed beverages while reading this book.
Actual rating: 3.5 stars
A great book for someone who's in the mood for something light and fluffy but not with a lot of substance. Perfect when you're lounging in the garden while the sun is shining and drinking lemonade :). However, if you’re looking for something with a lot of depth or a thickening plot, you should look away.
Personally, I couldn't put this down; it's definitely a 'laugh-out-loud' book and didn't take very long to finish. Don't be fooled into thinking it will be a boring diary...more

This is a book in diary format about Georgia Nicolson's life. Georgia is an average teenage girl. She spends most of her time trying to find a boyfriend because she thinks she is the only one without one at the age of 14. I read almost the entire Confessions of Georgia Nicolson series years and years and years ago (yes, I'm that old). Written in diary form, it's like a Bridget Jones's Diary for teens. Let me just start this review by saying I love this book. LOVE IT! This is one of the few books that I've really, truly laughed out loud while reading - there were times I was seriously doubled over. It is hilarious. I'm going to start recommending this book to everyone I know.

I really enjoyed this book! I don't have much to stay about it as it's not very deep or anything but it was really fun to read. Georgia's voice is very distinctive and her diary entries are very witty. I loved her over dramatic reactions to her life. I read this in one sitting and really liked it. It was a very light and amusing read and I'm looking forward to reading the second in the series.
This book is really cute! What initially attracted me was the cover art—the mix of that bad kitty and that Toulouse-Lautrec Jane Avril foot:

I think my main problem reading this book is that I have happened to watch the movie before I've laid my hand on the ebook. I loved the plot in the movie and I assumed this book would be the same, but it was better and worse-

Terrific light reading. The whole series is currently at six books and there will probably be several more. The books are written in diary format, and they happen to be the diaries of the craziest British girl who ever walked this earth, plus she comes equipped with equally crazy friends and a marvelously dysfunctional family.

Reading this was the result of another moment of desperately seeking what I call "fluff-lit". I was amused by the title, so I picked it up on a whim and by the end of the night found myself literally rolling on the floor laughing. I highly recommend this one (and its sequel) even for adults if you're in the mood for silliness.
I loved this book. It was so cute and realistic. One day she is so down, she can't go further and the next as high as the skies! Exactly like a real 14 year old.
Of course the English slang was infinitely entertaining. I have already bought 4 more books in the series and can't wait to cath up with Georgia.

This is the funniest book I've ever read. It's the journal of Georgia Nicholson, who is often on the rack of lurve. The book is British, and has lots of odd British humor, but plenty of humor that will make even the most curmudgeonly person laugh their butt off.
