This one got me through all of my undergrad anatomy and kinesiology. It was good then and makes an even better resource for me as personal trainer and fitness coach. Who knew that the simple act of "coloring" could be so important?
I used this book to help me learn a greater understanding of the human anatomy during a time when I was studying an alternative therapy.
A good book, that really helps the cause.
