If I can gain practically perfect health by self massage my feet I will be a very happy camper. I am somewhat skeptical that it works as well as the author implies but the massaging itself is relaxing so it will not a waste of time even if it doesn't really work. The book concentrated a lot on the reflex zones but very little on technique. Three conclusions after having read this book: I will have to read more on foot reflexology, I will have to go barefoot more often and I will play with my fee...more
