This book is great both for practical use as a therapist and as an everyday person looking for strategies to make positive changes in their lives.
Therapeutic change. Change one’s habits. Change one’s mental limits.
There are several ways to change my life to the better. I will read this one again.
Ways to get my students to do what I want them to do!
