Every recipe I've tried so far from this book has been either good or terrific. There's one in particular, a Greek Chicken Pasta, that was so wonderful I couldn't believe I had actually cooked it! I'm looking forward to trying more recipes from it.
This book has to do with the Low Glycemic Index foods. This would be a good book to own. It has a lot of recipes.
