I really enjoyed the world Livia Dare created in this book. The love scenes were definitely hot but became too redundant in details as well as a bit much... I mean they were horn dogs in this book! It only bothered me because there was so much more going on in this book and it would have been nice to lessen the sex a bit and explored the rest of the story a bit more. I rate this a 4.5. I have always had a soft spot in my hear for Concubine/"Experienced Lover" novels and this one didn't disappoint. I especially loved the fact that the main female character was smart, strong, and could take care of herself.
I read at the end of this book that there would be another, and I certainly hope so! I can't wait to read more about Sapphire and Wulf.

Very erotic story about a woman who is a lover to a king. He is very much obsessed with her but she does not love him. The queen gets jealous and arranges for her to be sent away. There she mets Wulfe the crown prince of her people's enemy. He becomes obsessed with her and whisks her away to his lands. PS - This author is also known as Sylvia Day.
