It's a game of strategy against impossible odds. I know that is hardly an orginal storyline but it gives an indepth look at war from an inside and outsight perspective. There is the experience of a veteran leader in the trenches but also the insights of a proven general in the field. It engages the reader with high tech weapons cool unpredictable scenarios. The Posleen War series are my favorites pure and simple. I have read them 5 times now and could (and most likely will) read them a hundred more.
