The title of this novel seems insightful but in all actuality it does not give us a glimpse of half the drama readers are in for when they pick up this read. We meet a very small family full of big secrets. Derrick, Kennedy, and Simone Jacobs are siblings that only have each other and had to fend for themselves after their parents passed prematurely. I absolutely loved this novel. It made me think about how many men that are on the down-low and would do something like play the role of a straight guy and in reality like men and women. The messed up part about this novel is the end, when she finds out her brother too had been seeing the same man
