This book really makes you think at points--about what you are putting in your body and how it is processed. It's at this level of contemplation where change can really be planted as seeds that grow out of increased awareness. He's conversational and enthusiastic in his style--a conversationalist with writing, which helps because it's quite scientific at times. Really beneficial reading, I felt that there were some great points that were made with regards to nutrition based in scientific principles to not only assist in weight loss but also in living a healthier cleaner and happier life. I have read this several times and regularly dip in and out of this as it's a great resource for certain nutritional information.

Learning how to eat and breathe this late in the day. Very silly. On the other hand, fun stuff about the nervous system(s), so the faux- pseudo- wannabe- scientist in me dug it.
