When the newest book in this series hit the shelf it was only for a moment for long time. They are still like that in some school libraries. I loved the pictures of real, bright colored, items and always liked racing my friends to see who could find them all the fastest. They didn't have the middle reader type when I was old enough to want to rea ...more

Really cute easy I spy book for young kids. I myself have issues with the larger one and was surprised how quick this one moved along.

I was always a big fan of this series when I was young, and I remember the pages were always beat up or ripped by how other students were passionate about these books. This is a fun way to tie in deciphering words, as the text is very straightforward, and it can tie into Halloween! Students can enjoy this book because it may not be as tedious as reading a chapter book, and students can see that there is fun to be had in the pages of a book. I would recommend this book to children who may not lik ...more

A great book to use with Kindergarteners during the fall. This book has great pictures and great riddles that little ones will love. The back pages ask questions that reinforce reading. This would be another great center book.

Part of the easy reader series of I Spy books featuring rhymes, increasingly difficult picture puzzles, and tons of literacy building extras. Great for beginning readers!

All the I Spy books are a must in our household. My son has been in love with these since he was a year old and he's almost six now and still reads one every day.

Fritz loves these I-Spy books. Frankly, I like them too. The illustrations are simple, but I find them interesting how they hide the objects. Well done.

Antonio LOVES this, so I have to read it to him a lot. He like the interactivity of searching for the items. (Maybe he'd like a Where's Waldo? book.)

Despite the name, this doesn't have a Halloween, or even an autumn theme, to it. There is no theme, just a variety of photographs.
