If you're already a cyclist , this book is fantastic. The best way to use it is as a reference for strength training for the cyclist. It has wonderful diagrams and in-depth explanations of each exercise for each body part. I would have given 5 stars if there had been specific routines. Nevertheless it's still the best strength training book for cyclists that I've seen
