Off-putting, albeit funny statement on page 5: the chances of a nationwide residential real estate market meltdown are zero... That being said, the rest is relevant and has true potential in today's marketplace.
I already know a lot about this subject, so I was relieved to read through it and not learn much. It's concise and a good place to start. I gained some valuable information about what sort of profit I should be getting.
