I have suffered from Panic Disorder for about 2 years now and I found this book to be very helpful as just a good quick read, or as a workbook. They discussed the many forms of anxiety and panic and how it ties together with depression and agoraphobia. It also discusses medications and their own solutions to overcome or help with the disorder.
What I really enjoyed about this book is how it wasn't frightening to read. Most people with this disorder get scared reading or hearing about side effects

More about full swing panic disorder than the title suggests. Highly practical, well grounded, concise and readable. Not so simple to apply, especially for self-helpers going solo, I guess.

This little book is an excellent resource for those struggling with panic/anxiety disorders. This is easily the most concise and easy to read book I've ever read on the subject - and, believe me, I've read many over the years!
