This book is a collection of academic papers about disabilities and Web Accessibility. The papers about HCI, user studies and research methodologies are very interesting, unfortunately the technology portion is a bit dated as many of the papers in this collection are dated before 2009. I would recommend this to someone who is looking to gain a better understanding of users with alternative ways of accessing the web.
