Yet another wonderful book that your boss hands you to read as mine did back in 2007. Well, here's what I REALLY thought about this book:

This book has been of a great influence in a few companies in helping them move towards better process management. Even though the ideas and content is excellent, and the author gives a very good perspective on process management, it is unfortunately a very dry read, and may be best to read in sections or specific parts for emphasis.

I am giving it 3 stars for

Recommends it for: anyone who wants a good presentation on process and running a healthy bussiness
I really enjoyed this book. I thought it was thoughtful and gave good examples/explanations on general but relevant healthy business processes.
