Recommends it for: those interested in eating healthy food, maintaining healthy weight, or losing weight.

This is a really great book on healthy eating. It's super user friendly and although it doesn't really tell you anything new, it illuminates a new perspective on diet. Although I am not interested in losing weight, I'm also not interested in gaining weight, which is easy to do as we get older. Plus- I love booze so weight gain is kind of written into the script.
